Spaulding Property Maintenance, LLC is a Maine-owned company with over 20 years experience in landscape and hardscape design and grounds maintenance. With only the best equipment, we are just the right size to make any residential and commercial property stand out above all others.

Glenn Spaulding, owner of Spaulding Property Maintenance, LLC, is a life-long Mainer. He attended schools in Portland and from an early age, Glenn worked in a family-owned business where he learned the importance of working closely with his customers. For nearly two decades he worked in a local paper mill and during this time, began mowing lawns and snowplowing driveways.

In the early 2000s, Glenn decided to start his own full-time property maintenance company and Spaulding Property Maintenance came to life. He began with one truck, a handful of residential and commercial customers, and set high standards to serve his clients as though their property was his own.

Still today, Glenn answers the phone, provides free estimates to customers, trains his staff about safety and property maintenance , and expects that all staff treats clients’ property as though it was their own. The mantra of high standards and quality work remains a key ingredient to his success. With more than 50 residential and commercial properties from Biddeford/Saco to Bridgton and points in-between, Glenn and his dedicated crew provide comprehensive grounds maintenance, including landscaping, hardscaping, spring and fall clean-ups, and full winter maintenance, plus installation of playgrounds, loam, gravel and stone trucking, junk removal, and powerwashing of vinyl siding.
